Vertical Visions
Vertical Visions is a Maryland limited liability company and family business established in 2001. We offer patented products that are hand soldered and machine assembled in Maryland (USA) for vehicle owners and auto repair shops to resolve fuel pump, wiper, door lock and other relay problems on 2007-2021 vehicles. Our products have been shipped to 50+ countries and we added an in-house Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly line in 2025 at our Maryland location. We strive to provide the best support in the business and we're available via telephone, email, or Facetime to help our customers.

Our Management Team
Jason Bell (Mechanical Engineer) - Owner
Owner Jason Bell is a mechanical engineer with 29+ years of problem solving experience and three patents. He began his career working in the defense industry creating unique mechanical and electrical systems for military and government projects. When he's not designing new products for Vertical Visions or repairing TIPMs in the shop, he enjoys climbing a few of the tallest mountains in each continent (Africa's 19,341' Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2015 and Europe's 18,510' Mt. Elbrus in 2019). His favorite hike is the 26 mile Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in Peru, which was accomplished over four days at heights up to 14,000' MSL in 2017 with his family. The 46 mile Buckskin Gulch to Lee's Ferry hike is second on his list. Jason is a D-licensed skydiver and former BASE jumper (BASE #428) with jumps made in seven countries. A long-time electric vehicle enthusiast, Jason drives a Tesla Model Y, which ironically contains no fuel pump relays, fuel pumps, or fuse boxes.
Jennifer Bell - Owner
Jennifer Bell assembles/tests our commercial products, runs the day-to-day operations of the business, and provides the best customer support in the industry. Jason and Jennifer have been happily married since 1998. If you call the Vertical Visions shop, chances are you'll speak with her as she's quite knowledgeable with TIPMs and fuel pump relay issues. Often referred to internally as the "supreme leader' of the company, Jennifer is a mom to two teenage kids and one energetic Vizsla dog.
Our Equipment
Pick and Place System
We assemble our own printed circuit boards in Eldersburg, Maryland using Neoden equipment. Solder paste is applied to circuit board panels using a framed stencil before our automated pick and place machine carefully positions Surface Mount Technology (SMT) parts in the correct locations. The final step of the assembly process involves heating the circuit board array in a conveyor type reflow oven. Additional through hole parts such as terminal pins, fuse holders, and test points are hand soldered by our team in Maryland. Each circuit board is fully load tested in our custom built fuel pump circuit simulator before being packaged in a static bag.
